So with my graduation from Full Sail, the team at Ante Up has decided to not continue to work on what was essentially our capstone student project Rise of the Necromancer. With that said, I designed and developed a pretty awesome procedural dungeon generation tool for full 3D dungeons that I think would fill a nice niche on the Unreal Engine Marketplace, and so I am working on refactoring that into a standalone tool that is as modular and portable as possible for other game developers to use.


This design works by taking pre-designed rooms, and stitching together the dungeon layout procedurally, with easy tweaking with features like room weights and the ability to designate a specified number for a certain room (like player spawn and boss rooms).
